Delivery and Returns
Free European Delivery
We offer free deliver to European countries except the United Kingdom.
Our Delivery Charges
European Union (excluding UK) - Free Delivery.
UK - Standard delivery to the UK is 9€ per item.
US and Canada - Standard delivery is 65€.
Rest of the World - Standard delivery is 65€.
• Non EU customers are responsible for any import duty and local tax.
• We do not deliver to any PO BOX addresses.
Free Delivery for Orders over 600€
If your order comes to 600€ or more we offer you free shipping to anywhere in the world.
Delivery of the Products
Delivery will be to the address specified in your order. If no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, the Products will be retained by the delivery company for a reasonable period of time and then returned to us. If products are returned to us by the delivery company, we will issue you with a refund for the products but reserve the right to retain any costs incurred in arranging for the delivery and return of the Product. If the delivery is to a private address, and no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, the products may be left safe.
All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery times
We aim to deliver products within 3-4 working days but please allow up to 7 working days from the date on which we receive your order. If you are still waiting for the delivery of your products after 7 days from the date on which we notify you that we have accepted your order, please contact us by email at .
All standard delivery items will be delivered by GLS. Deliveries will require a signature so please include an alternative delivery address such as your office address if this is more convenient for you. If you are not at home to receive your goods, you will receive a notification card from GLS. You should liaise directly with GLS for your free re-delivery or pick-up.
Returns
Please note, we cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage. If you notice that the order is damaged please do not sign for it and contact us immediately. Alternately please photograph the damaged packaging, or send it back to us so we can see what went wrong.
Refunds can only be made on goods which are damaged.
All items must be returned within 2 days of delivery to you and must be postmarked and shipped via tracked and insured mail. If items are sent later than 2 days of delivery then we reserve the right to deny return.
